With a background in the Royal Navy, Ian brings a disciplined, structured approach to his work, along with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. His time in the Navy helped shape his ability to manage pressure, lead teams effectively, and maintain high standards in fast-paced environments.

He works closely with contractors, site teams, and internal departments to coordinate works, manage quality, and keep projects running smoothly.

Before joining Trilogy, Jade worked as a Team Manager, where she was responsible for overseeing operatives, coordinating workloads, and ensuring works were delivered efficiently. This experience has translated seamlessly into her position at Trilogy, where she now supports complex operational demands across multiple workstreams.

Within the Roofing department, Jade is heavily involved in coordinating works, supporting supervisors and site teams, and helping to keep programmes on track. She is a central point of contact, assisting with scheduling, communication, and problem-solving to ensure jobs progress smoothly from start to finish.

Jamie Perry

Contracts Manager
